HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

All orders placed before 2pm (AEST) Monday – Friday are sent out the same day. All orders are sent by Auspost Express post. If you are inside of the express post network, you will receive your order the next business day. If not, you will receive your order the day after.

Nope. Austarlabsugl does not require account registration – you can check out as a guest.

Yes. All items are double bubble wrapped so you can’t feel any vials, containers or boxes through the bag. They’re then placed in a regular, unmarked express post satchel – it just looks like an ordinary package; there’s absolutely no indicators that would give someone an idea as to what the contents of the bags are.

We only accept Bitcoin payments – an anonymous, decentralized digital cryptocurrency. This is currently the safest way to purchase from us online. If you are not familiar with Bitcoin, please see our ordering guide.
